Further, we guarantee a spray thickness of .015 per side, assuring you the plunger will have a long, productive run, quality machining within tolerance as well as assuring a aesthetically pleasing product with radiused edges and a no chatter, shiny finish. Grind finishes are consistently flawless and within .0005 over the plunger surface. We stock many standard size, types plungers that are ready for immediate shipment, however custom or unstocked plungers typically take no longer than 4 days to ship!
